Project inquiries

The inquiry form collects the contact and project information you choose to submit so David Hannan can evaluate and respond to your voiceover request. Do not submit confidential scripts, medical information, financial information, or other sensitive personal data through the form.

Attribution

The form includes first-touch and current-session landing-page context, capture time, and referring host. If you arrive through a tagged campaign link, it may also include UTM values and Google click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID. Only these approved attribution fields are collected with an inquiry. They help identify its marketing source and do not reveal the Google Ads keyword on their own.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is prepared but not active unless a valid property identifier is configured and you affirmatively choose to allow analytics. If enabled, analytics records page and engagement events such as demo plays, email-link clicks, and a successful inquiry event. Project names, email addresses, descriptions, internal submission identifiers, campaign click identifiers, and other inquiry content are not sent to analytics.

Service providers and retention

OpenAI Sites hosts the website. Cloudflare Turnstile provides spam protection and may process limited device and network information needed to verify a visitor; it does not receive the project fields entered in the form. Resend delivers inquiry emails and retains its email-delivery records according to its service policy; the delivered inquiry remains in the business mailbox under that mailbox’s retention settings. Google Analytics processes optional usage data only after analytics consent.
